We simply increase the size of the penis using only one point (one injection). This is a lot more safer than the multiple injections into the skin of the penis.

A blunt tip cannula is used safely and effectively to layer the filler in longitudinal linear threads maximising smoothness.

The cannula is a thin plastic tube with a blunt end. It does not cause damage to structures like a typical sharp needle does. We inject deep to dartos fascia which is a safe zone within the penis.

Using this method highlighted above it is almost impossible for the filler to enter the functional parts of the penis causing no damage.

We use local anaesthetic to numb the penis before treatment to make the treatment pain free and completely bearable.

Penis filler results are immediately observable after the procedure with final results observable at the 3 week mark. The dermal filler can take approximately 3-4 weeks to fully integrate with the penile tissue.

We may advise massage in the first week or two after treatment to ensure the filler is spread uniformly around your penis. We send you video techniques post treatment.

Results last from 1 – 3 years, however some studies suggest that if you have enough filler the results can last longer.

Here at ErectiFill, we generally recommend a top-up treatment at the 1 year mark to maintain the results. We do not expect all of the filler to be gone by this point.

You do not need to prepare for your treatment. We do recommend however trying not to have alcohol and blood thinning medications 48 hours before treatment.

So therefore 95% of clients have consultation and treatment on the same day. Alternatively you can book in for a consultation and then go away to think about it and rebook treatment at a later date. After decades of research and studies related to the sexual psychology of women and a mens health, we have been able to conclude that girth always comes ahead of length.

Non Surgical Penoplasty used here at ErectiFill increases the erect and non erect girth and also the non erect length.

So the answer is YES, however the erect length cannot be increased.

The only way to have the erect length increased is via surgery which is extremely dangerous and only recommended if you have a micro penis.

Fillers like we use at ErectiFill still remain the safest and most effective way to increase the global size of the penis.

You will see some bruising and swelling 2-3 days after treatment along with mild pain and discomfort. This can be treated with over the counter painkillers.

There may be some small lumps and bumps which can be easily massaged to allow for a thicker and smoother penis. We send you aftefcare instructions along with massage videos.

The best thing about using fillers is that there isnt any downtime. You do not need to take any time off work. You can return to your daily routine immediately. We have clients who travel from far and overseas, who happily travel back immediately after treatment.

The reason why this treatment is becoming extremely common is because of the reversibility aspect. Fillers used here at ErectFill can be reversed and dissolved.

If for whatever reason you do not like the result of your penis, there may be some residual lumps and you may want better smoothness then with one injection of a filler dissolving enzyme (hylase), your penis will return back to how it was.

Here are ErectiFill we believe most men will need anything between 20 -40ml depending on the results they wish to achieve, desired goals and also their current erect penis size (the bigger the penis the more filler is required to achieve significant results).

We suggest aiming for a result that will look proportional to the head of the penis (glans).

If you have an average size penis we recommend around 15ml in each session.

We have however used 25mls in a single session before but this clients had a significantly larger penis

We prefer to build the penis up slowly over time in layers, this ensures a smoother final result.

There is variation from patient to patient and we will give you an accurate estimation required on consultation.

The main size will be the increase in girth and can certainly be noticeable during sex, for both you and your partner.

Further injections can be provided at a follow-up appointment as soon as four weeks later if additional girth is desired.

After we have built up a foundation from the filler in your penis, you will only need maintenance filler 10ml per year to maintain your results.

This treatment is a low-risk treatment and the most common side effects are short term. These include some swelling and bruising for 2-3 days.

There may be poor product dispersion requiring additional filling for correction or filler dissolving to smoothen out the result. This however is very rare and is easy to correct when a hyaluronic acid has been used as it is dissolvable.

Another side affect is infection again which is rare. If this does occur antibiotics are given and is cleared up within 1 week. This is easily prevented with the sterile techniques and carefully following our aftercare instructions.

We are yet to see any long term side effects from this treatment, due to the reversibility of the product.

2. keep the area clean, no gym, sauna and steam for 48 hours.
